وتعد هذه الدورة مهمة للغاية لتوعية طاقم المشروع وضمان تطبيق معايير تعميم الحماية والنوع الاجتماعي، وآليات الإبلاغ عن أي انتهاك لهذه المعايير.

كما استهدف التدريب اللجان المجتمعية والمتطوعين الميدانيين في المديريات المستهدفة؛ بهدف إشراكهم كأعضاء فاعلين وكجزء من آلية المساءلة والرقابة المجتمعية على أنشطة المشروع، حيث تأتي هذه الدورة كنشاط تحضيري يمهد لكافة الأنشطة الميدانية التي سيتم تدشينها قريباً.

On July 6, 2026, the Yanabia' Al-Khair Foundation conducted a training course on protection and gender mainstreaming for staff working on the project: 'Restoring Dignity and Saving Lives through Integrated Cash and WASH Assistance for Vulnerable IDPs'. The project covers the districts of Al-Madaribah ,Al-Arah, Al-Musaymir, and Tur Al-Bahah in Lahj Governorate and is funded by the Yemen Humanitarian Fund (YHF), managed by OCHA.

This training is essential to raise awareness among project staff, ensuring the strict application of protection and gender mainstreaming standards, and providing clear guidance on how to report any breaches of these principles.

The training also targeted community committees and field volunteers in the aforementioned districts to engage them as active community members and integral parts of the project's accountability mechanisms. This session serves as a foundational activity for all upcoming field operations, which will be launched shortly.
